4B Braime NTC Expansion Board IE-Node
The Industrial Ethernet Node (IE-NODE) is a remote monitoring interface designed to provide sensor data to PLC’s or other automation and control systems.
Both units can be expanded to 16 sensor inputs with the installation of optional expansion boards.
The IE-NODE operates by reading its sensor inputs and sending processed data when requested by another system (e.g. PLC). The units are equipped with an RJ45 Ethernet socket and supports PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP/IP protocols for easy integration with Siemens, Allen-Bradley Rockwell, Modicon and other PLC’s or automation devices.
The IE-NODE’s network configurator software provides a visual view of all devices on the network. It allows for easy identification of each unit on the network and allows for network settings to be changed as needed.

4B Braime ADB810V3AI ADB Series Bearing Sensors
The ADB series have been designed to allow the depth of the sensor to be adjustable depending on your application. A number of versions are available with probe lengths of 50, 100, 200 and 300 mm. The sensors screw directly into a bearing housing through a 1/4” BSPT threaded grease zerk. Each sensor is fitted with a grease zerk to allow lubrication of the bearing without the need for removal of the sensor. The ADB series have NTC or PT100 type thermistors which allow for continuous temperature monitoring.
The sensor is supplied with a 3m attached cable and can be connected to a PLC or to a hazard monitoring system, such as 4B’s Watchdog Super Elite, T500 Hotbus Elite or T400 NTC Elite. The MDB series is a range of bearing sensors manufactured to screw directly into a bearing housing through the existing 1/4” BSPT threaded grease zerk (can be installed in 1/8” NPT grease zerk fitting with an adapter). Each sensor is fitted with a grease zerk to allow lubrication of the bearing without the need for removal of the sensor. The sensor is fitted with a M12 connector for use with a separately supplied cable and socket assembly which can be attached connected directly to a PLC or to a hazard monitoring system, such as 4B’s T500 Hotbus Elite, Watchdog Super Elite, or T400 / T400 NTC Elite. The connections are not polarity sensitive therefore special connection requirements are eliminated. The WDB7 series is a lug style NTC thermistor or platinum RTD (PT100) type for continuous temperature monitoring. It is designed to bolt directly onto a bearing housing, motor, gearbox, or machine casing. The mounting hole is M8 which can be drilled out up to M10 diameter. The sensor can be connected to a PLC or to a hazard monitoring system, such as 4B’s T500 Hotbus Elite, Watchdog Super Elite, or T400 Elite. The connections are not polarity sensitive therefore special connections requirements are eliminated. The WDB7 series is approved for use in ATEX and IECEx Zone 20 dust hazard locations.

4B Braime Programmable Tachocount
The TACH3V5 Tacho is low cost electronic display which can be user programmed to indicate speed, distance or time intervals. The unit incorporates a 4 digit red LED display with programmable auto decimal point, in a DIN 96 x 48 enclosure (panel cut-out size: 92 x 44 mm). A relay output is provided for speed control use.
