4B Braime M8 x 50 Reference 70™ Bolts
Reference 70™ (REF 70™) are ISO grade 5.8 elevator bolts with a concave head and four lugs on the underside to help prevent rotation when tightening. The REF 70™ bolt, when coupled with the special oval washer, is ideal for steel elevator buckets in heavy-duty industrial applications on larger diameter pulleys over 50 cm in diameter. Because of this domed area under the bolt head, these bolts are not recommended for flat back plastic buckets, especially on thinner belts.
4B Braime M800 Speed Switch
The M800 Elite Speed Switch is designed to detect belt slip, belt underspeed, stop motion, low speed or zero speed on bucket elevators, conveyors, airlocks, mixers, fans, grinders and many other rotating machines. Totally sealed and simple to calibrate, the M800 Elite works in the harshest of conditions.
An inductive sensing device located in the nose of the M800 Elite enclosure will detect a metal target. This target can be an existing bolt head or device attached to a shaft. During installation the M800 Elite is set to the normal machine shaft RPM by calibrating with the magnet provided. The internal microprocessor sets the alarm and shutdown relays.

The MDB series is a range of bearing sensors manufactured to screw directly into a bearing housing through the existing 1/4” BSPT threaded grease zerk (can be installed in 1/8” NPT grease zerk fitting with an adapter). Each sensor is fitted with a grease zerk to allow lubrication of the bearing without the need for removal of the sensor. The sensor is fitted with a M12 connector for use with a separately supplied cable and socket assembly which can be attached connected directly to a PLC or to a hazard monitoring system, such as 4B’s T500 Hotbus Elite, Watchdog Super Elite, or T400 / T400 NTC Elite. The connections are not polarity sensitive therefore special connection requirements are eliminated. Four versions are available, a NTC thermistor model or PT100 type for continuous temperature monitoring, and PTC or Contact thermistor models with five trip points (60°C, 70°C, 80°C).
